Shared Google account and optional PA
RunLog and PA use the same Google identity service. Signing in stores the identity and security records needed to operate your account. PA remains inactive for new users until they explicitly enable it; no personal context is collected before activation. Enabling PA records your consent. Gmail, Calendar, Contacts and assistant access each require separate permission. Each service has its own session and private application data.
Public tools
Public benchmarks contain operator-run synthetic task results, not customer prompts or private account reports. Prompt Pricer calculates text-derived estimates in your browser. Its shared settings links contain numeric assumptions, filters and price information, not raw prompt, tool, schema or conversation text.
Catalog refreshes fetch model-price metadata from OpenRouter. They do not execute your prompt. Browser settings and tool handoffs may use local or session storage; clearing browser site data removes those local copies, not server-side account records.
Optional AI feedback in legacy Studio
AI feedback is off by default. If you explicitly enable it for the current visit, your prompt and optional instructions are sent directly to MiniMax after a pause in typing. Turn it off to stop future feedback requests; already dispatched requests cannot be recalled. Requesting suggested edits also sends those fields to MiniMax.
RunLog does not save these assessment prompts, results or proposals. Prompt-free request counts and spending reservations are retained for usage control. Direct MiniMax feedback is subject to MiniMax’s privacy policy; OpenRouter zero-data-retention routing does not apply to that direct request.
Existing accounts and private execution
RunLog associates confirmed accounts with API keys, usage, credits, projects and retained reports. Private execution sends prompts to selected model providers through OpenRouter. Optional answer assessment sends prompts and candidate answers to its assessment provider.
Reports are private to your account on RunLog. This does not mean they stay on your device. Studio requests OpenRouter routes with data collection denied and zero data retention (ZDR); these are requested routing policies, not an independent guarantee of provider retention practices.
Retained Workspace reports show their expiry dates and support download and deletion. Usage and accounting records are separate from saved reports and may remain after report deletion. Contact support for account deletion and retention details before relying on the legacy preview for important records.
